I was initally amped about my purchase, but upon removing it from the plastic sleeve the seller uses, the adhesive from the sleeve pulled away parts of the print and permanently made a mark along the top. When discussing this issue with the seller, they avoided accountability, redirecting the blame to UPS/the shipping service. I politely advised that the simple fix is to reverse the packaging so the adhesive lip of the plastic is on the back of the print instead of the front, thereby avoiding this issue altogether in the future - to which the seller did not respond. The seller reluctantly offered a 50% off code, but the code itself didn’t work, and this was the last of this print no less. Will be buying another from the store and hoping things happen differently!
